• Event Duration — Most events run between 1.5–2 hours, depending on the workshop and group size.

• What’s Included — Each event clearly lists what’s included, such as masterclasses, hands‑on activities, welcome drinks, and goodie bags.

• Location Details — Events are usually held at Verity Jane Beauty Studio, but may move to Credenhill Community Centre if demand is high. You’ll be notified in advance.

• Booking Process — All bookings are made online through our secure booking system. Spaces are limited and confirmed once payment is received.

• Refunds & Cancellations — Tickets are non‑refundable, but you may transfer your place to another person if you can no longer attend.

• Age Requirements — Events are suitable for ages 16+. Younger guests may attend with a supervising adult if the event description allows.

• Accessibility — Both venues offer step‑free access. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking.

• What to Bring — You don’t need to bring anything unless stated. Makeup masterclasses may invite you to bring your makeup bag for personalised guidance.

• Parking — Free parking is available near both venues. Full details are included in your confirmation email.

• Photography & Filming — You’re welcome to take photos or short videos during the masterclass. We may also capture content for social media with your permission.

• Dietary Requirements — For events involving food, please let us know any allergies or dietary needs when booking.
