Hi, I'm Verity a professional makeup artist with over 15 years of experience and a lifelong belief in the power of makeup to change more than just how you look.
I believe the best makeup doesn't disguise who you are.
It helps you see yourself differently.
My passion began as a little girl, watching my glamorous Grandmother Audrey (pictured above) apply her makeup at the dining room table each morning.
Max Factor and Elnett hairspray were her staples, and I was fascinated by the ritual the way makeup seemed to transform not only how she looked, but how she carried herself. It was as though she was putting on her armour for the day: elegant, confident and ready to face anything.
That quiet ritual sparked a lifelong passion.
I went on to study Makeup, Media & Costume, completing my HND Foundation Degree before achieving my BA Honours Degree.
My career began within the beauty industry, working with renowned brands including Benefit Cosmetics and Estée Lauder Companies.
I continue to invest in my artistry through regular training with leading industry professionals, ensuring my techniques and product knowledge remain current.
In 2023, after moving from Windsor to Hereford with my family and welcoming my daughter, I took the leap into freelance artistry a decision that has brought me more fulfilment than I could have imagined.

Because, just like my grandmother showed me all those years ago, I believe there is something incredibly powerful about getting ready, taking a moment for yourself, and stepping into the world feeling your absolute best.
